this hotel has complimentary amenities i loved. our superior double room non-smoking was spacious relative to other rooms i have booked. the location was amazing. i could easily get to the tokyo station with just a short walk!

the receptionists gave two keys per room. when i asked for a third key for my kids' rooms because there were no connected rooms they refused.

The hotel stored our larger bags with care when we returned after a few days. It was so kind of them! the staff was very helpful when i needed assistance. staff members really did their best to assist all hotel guests.

i am so happy that a 7-eleven is conveniently located downstairs. ready umbrellas were available on loan for me, so useful on rainy days! a coin washing machine was available. we loved it!

The location was very convenient to Tokyo Station. A short walk made it easy to access various train lines. I appreciated the 7-Eleven store in the same building. This offered quick access to snacks and essentials at any time. The staff also assisted with luggage transfer making my arrival and departure smooth. Rooms were spacious enough for two people and they were very clean. The separate shower and bath space were a plus. I found the bed firm suiting my preference for sleeping. The easy access to the Ginza line Kyobashi station simplified travel to Shibuya and Asakusa. Many food options were within walking distance. I could easily reach both Tokyo Station and Ginza. The hotel provided free bottled water daily. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who assisted even with slight language barriers. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple. I loved having Komeda Coffee in the building. This was an added convenience for breakfast.

The television was not a smart TV. This limited my options for entertainment .

I found the location super convenient, especially since it is near the train station! Access to the airport bus was really easy. The amenities were fantastic. I loved the complimentary DHC toiletries in the foyer. I wish I could find them back home.
